Charles C. Poindexter, II
Owner
Charles brings over a decade of Real Estate Development experience to the team. With projects completed in the 5 surrounding counties of New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Onslow and Bladen, he has provided the infrastructure for over 500 homes in 9 different communities ranging in size from 3 to 72 acres.
With an entrepreneurial background stretching over 45 years, his varied business experiences provide a unique perspective when designing and implementing development strategies that provide aesthetically pleasing products that work for the land as well as surrounding properties. He once designed an entire neighborhood around one tree. “It was a signature Live Oak with a great history and simply had to remain a part of the neighborhood, so it became the cornerstone”.

Greg Sloan
Owner
Greg brings over 30 years of construction experience to the team. He received his Business Administration degree with a major in real estate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Greg began his construction career with a national builder out of Charlotte, NC in 1995. Over the next 30 years his career led him from Charlotte, NC to Jacksonville, FL to Raleigh, NC and for the past 7 years to the NC Coast in Hampstead. Greg’s career has spanned from Product Development, Construction Management, Director of Operations and he has an excellent understanding of all facets in the construction industry. He obtained his NC General Contracting License and started his Design Build company in 2018.
Greg currently serves as the 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors Executive Committee of the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Greg is also the 2025 Parade of Homes Chair. The WCFHBA is the 2nd largest Home Builders Association in the state and the 3rd largest in the country.
RHONDA SLOAN
Chief Operating Officer
Rhonda is the glue that holds the team together! Whatever your needs, she can facilitate them. Chief Operating Officer is only one of her hats. She plays an integral role as a key member of our leadership team, managing day to day operations as well as the accounting, marketing and architectural designs. Her attention to detail and ability to think strategically has helped us streamline our operations.
Rhonda received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Campbell University. Her background ranges from managing the Business Office at a University, managing Dental Practices for 15 years and for the past 7 years working in the Construction Industry.
Rhonda is also a NC Licensed Realtor® that understands the importance of staying on the forefront of a continually changing industry.
